Foo - Palladium

A vibrant 6,000 sq. ft. restaurant where colour, texture, and flow redefine the Foo experience.

The Space

Foo Palladium is our latest restaurant project at Phoenix Palladium, Mumbai. It’s about 6,000 square feet and gave us the chance to bring Foo’s new branding to life. The space has wide passages, booth seating, and pops of colour balanced with calmer tones to keep it warm and welcoming. At the bar, a striking ceiling installation sets the mood, while thoughtful details across the layout make it easy for families and groups to enjoy. It’s Foo, but with a fresh new look for its next chapter.

The Ask

To design Foo 2.0, a very differently design concept as compared to the previous spaces. This space is designed to be a new version of foo, with the intention of creating a super fun and warm space to dine in. To demarcate pockets within the open layout, with the intention to allocate seating space wise

The Result

To create a free flowing space, by bringing in seamless elements running all across the space. It is designed in a way where contemporary and modern design has an essence of Asian aesthetics. Aiming to create a sense of movement throughout the space and create a stroke of curiosity as soon as one views the space from the outside. Designed with the aim to create a well balance between the usage of pop colours and neutrals, a juxtaposition of textures, metal finishes and prints in the form of art and upholstery, balance between marble and wood, to add the touch of luxury as well as comfort, overall aiming to create a free flowing space with an open layout.
