The Space
A 5800 sq ft. home, the Jain residence was a spacious, high-ceilinged space, with a double height living space.
The Ask
The client was quite clear that they wanted a house that felt timeless but had all the the markings of a contemporary home.
The Result
The first thing we noticed was that the place had no shortage of volume. And we decided to emphasise that even further. It had a double-height living space that we made full use of.
We started by incorporating a lot of neutral colours to elevate the simplicity and elegance of the home. Lots of light tones which gave the space a calming effect and were quite pleasing to the eye.
Along with the primary colours, everything was carefully customised. We brought in super luxury wooden furniture and used a lot of brass accents and details that tied everything together and simultaneously brightened up the space.
The attention to detail with respect to art and soft furnishing was extremely high.
The end result was full of class and simplicity, which is exactly what the client was hoping for.
